History & Community

Loch Arbour was formed from part of Ocean Township during the late 1950s. Its compact street grid, Deal Lake shoreline and Atlantic beach have kept the village closely tied to the coastal communities surrounding it while preserving a distinct municipal identity.

Beach & Recreation

The Village Beach Club at Ocean Place and Euclid Avenue is Loch Arbour's primary public recreation destination. For the 2026 season, adult season badges are $150, senior season badges are $100, and daily badges are $10 Monday-Thursday excluding holidays and $15 Friday-Sunday and holidays.
